Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old and able to accept these terms. Keep your account access secure, provide accurate information, and do not impersonate another person or organization. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Do not publish unlawful, deceptive, abusive, hateful, exploitative, privacy-invasive, malicious or infringing material. Do not spam, manipulate engagement, scrape protected data, bypass security, disrupt the service or use devs3 to distribute malware. Professional disagreement is welcome; harassment is not.

You retain ownership of content you create. By submitting content, you grant devs3 a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, format, display and distribute it as needed to operate and promote the service. You confirm that you have the rights required to submit the content.

You may edit or remove content where product controls allow. Copies may remain temporarily in backups, caches, moderation evidence or records required for security and dispute handling.

We may review reports, limit visibility, remove content, restrict features or suspend accounts to protect the community, enforce these terms or address risk. We aim to apply moderation reasonably but cannot guarantee that every item is reviewed before publication.

Job posts, profiles, tutorials and comments are supplied by community members and may contain errors. devs3 does not guarantee employers, candidates, opportunities, code, security advice or external websites. Verify important information independently before acting.

devs3 may display advertising through Google AdSense, Google Ad Manager or other disclosed partners. Third-party services and links operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Advertising does not necessarily represent an endorsement by devs3.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, pause or end, and we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by applicable rules, devs3 is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service or reliance on community content.
